• Gates open for General Admission at 12pm until 11pm
• We encourage you to be as suave as you want to be, please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event. Please dress accordingly.
• Any attempts at "gate-crashing", those offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• If you lose your ticket, you will have to purchase another one.

Below are our best tips for the queue of The Sneaker Ball 2025:

• Tickets are not transferable or sharable. If security finds that you are passing around your wristband to those without a band, you will be escorted off of the property and will not recieve a refund.
• The Sneaker Ball Festival is an All Ages event, however, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
